Dental Office Administrator

Job Description: Tolland Family Dentistry is looking for an energetic, motivated individual who is a team player. At TFD we strive to provide our patients and staff with a safe and comfortable environment. We are seeking a person who has the mindset to be a self-starter and is detail-oriented.

Day-to-day tasks included but are not limited to are:

Greeting patients, answering phones, entering and explaining treatment plans, verifying insurance coverage and co-insurance responsibility. Other duties include scheduling, registering new patients, benefit breakdowns, use of insurance portals, collecting payments, monitoring schedules, lab cases, and triaging emails and calls to appropriate people. Candidate should possess strong customer service and computer skills.

Preferred Experience:

One year of Dental Front Desk experience required.
