As a Facilities Project Coordinator, you'll will assist in many facets of the operation. Included but not limited to include serving as a Project Coordinator for continuous improvement projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Facilities Project Engineer with GreenERmro environmental initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance of equipment with the maintenance department, and inputting data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• This position will also assist in the coordination of resources and driving timelines for various construction and site improvement projects.

What skills you will use:     

• College degree in technical discipline desired
• Ability to follow guidance documents, standard operating procedures and other technical instructions in performance of tasks
• Have a high tolerance for a fast paced, changing environment with frequent new and unfamiliar problems.
• Related course work in process improvement best practices
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and Manager Plus
• Ability to stay organized with multiple, prioritized projects
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter that can work alone or as part of a team
• CAPM certification is a plus.
• Create and maintain project schedules by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time and cost requirements; sequencing project elements and provide status updates as required. 
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
