Facility Manager

MVA Health Centers Inc. is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager. The following candidate will be responsible for the following.

· Routine maintenance and safety inspections

· Supervision of facilities’ staff, including scheduling and payroll approval

· Correspond professionally with potential and current vendors

· Preserving the condition of the infrastructure

· Ensure facility is safe and well-functioning

· Planning maintenance work

· Proactively identifying and correcting potential safety concerns or hazards

· Maintaining preventative maintenance schedule

· Delegating cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to staff

· Supervises work assignments in the operations of the facilities management department

· Utilize various software systems to maintain equipment and supplies

· Maintaining the grounds maintenance of the exterior of the facility

Qualifications for Facility Manager;

High School Diploma or GED required

A minimum of two (2) plus years’ experience in proven facility management involving;

· Personnel Management

· Working with custodial equipment, chemicals and procedures

· Knowledge of computers and software programs

· Ability to interpret safety codes, electrical codes, etc.

Advanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills

Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Must have problem solving skills

Requirements:

Valid WV driver’s license

Able to stand, lift (50 pounds or greater), carry, bend, and stoop daily
