As a Facility Assistant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment for employees.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $21 - $25 per hour

Facility Assistant job duties:
- Assist with event coordination including trainings, meetings, onsite and offsite group events, and catering.
- Create fun, creative flyers for office events
- Works with employees and vendors to resolve shipping and receiving matters and discrepancies.
- Maintain regular maintenance and general upkeep throughout the facility to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Perform regular inventory and audit of facilities supplies
- Back up the front desk when needed, including greeting, and assisting visitors, assigning badges, and handling daily mailing needs
Facility Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Comfortable with creating Google docs.
- Being punctual and capable of thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to effectively prioritize workload.
- Detail-oriented.
