What you'll be doing as an Assistant Self Storage Facility Manager:
• Greet self-storage customers and answer phones & email
• Show & rent out storage units and dispatch U-haul trucks
• Complete the lease paperwork
• Collect and apply payments
• Sweep and make ready vacant storage units
• Turn Leads and Reservations into rentals
Are you qualified?
• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Hours, Pay, & Location:
Part Time or Full-time.
Pay: $20-22/hr.
Locations: American Heritage Mini Storage, 8379 Summit Park Rd. Anacortes, WA 98221, and Skagit Self Storage, 1320 Moore St, Sedro Woolley, WA 98284.
