FlexCare Infusion Centers is a fast growing company with 30+ clinics across multiple states. We provide high quality infusion therapy services to patients with chronic health conditions in a comfortable outpatient environment. We are looking for someone to own and optimize facilities management for all of our locations.
The ideal candidate would be driven, organized, well educated, creative, and have a desire to grow with our team. Previous experience with construction project management or facilities management is required. This role will be primarily remote, but may require travel intermittently. The Facilities Manager will rely on local contractors, staff, and/or third party vendors to complete the majority of on-site work.

Position Title:Facilities Manager
Reports To: VP, Operations
Primary Responsibilities:
Own and optimize day-to-day facilities operations for a multi-state company. This role will be responsible for maintaining safe, clean, compliant, and functional spaces for patients and staff across all locations via local clinic managers, contractors, and third-party vendors. This role will also be involved in the planning and execution phases for potential expansion projects in the future.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Annual Facility Maintenance and Management; including developing and executing preventative maintenance strategies
- Certification and calibration of fire and safety systems, building systems, and other equipment
- Project Management; including budget development and tracking, obtaining and negotiating bids, expenditure authorization, permitting, design, and execution
- Interpretation of local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure facilities compliance with accrediting and other regulatory body requirements
- Own weekly or bi-weekly facilities briefs with local clinic staff to maintain communication and consistency
- Act as primary communicator and schedule coordinator with local staff, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure facility needs and requests are met with quality and timely results
- Maintain thorough documentation of all facilities related issues or projects including pertinent account information and local contact information
- Optimize existing or develop new facilities management processes
- Clinical service accounts and utilities set-up
- Hiring and onboarding of any future facilities team members as applicable
- Playbook development for existing operations and de novo expansion
- Critical thinking and problem solving

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with construction project management and/or facilities management
- Exceptional management and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with technology and programs such as the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong initiative, drive, and desire to be part of a highly functioning team
Nice to Have:
- Education in business administration, architecture, interior design, construction management, real estate management, engineering, industrial technology, or other related fields of study
- Experience writing and reviewing technical documents such as standard operating procedures, contracts, and business associate agreements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
