- Leadership, support, data analytics and reporting.
- Future responsibilities in Lean transformation as it relates to Maintenance.
- Utilize Excel and other programs to create and maintain reports such as work order reports, shift trends, and equipment downtime.
- Assist in maintaining the computerized CMMS and MSDS program for the facility.
- Assist with the renewal and securing of vendor contracts.
- Create and oversee purchase orders in Coupa.
- Manage parts inventory, including research, ordering, and receipt functions.
- Assist in creating and adhering to the yearly budget, demonstrating a thorough understanding of budgets and financial documents.
- Efficiently manage and code PTO/daily time for the maintenance team.
- Coordinate all maintenance training programs and track progress.
- Order supplies for maintenance and operations as needed.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Schedule and report on routine maintenance inspections, including stormwater, fire door, thermal imaging, etc.
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling as needed.
- Willingly work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Work independently or collaboratively as assigned, showcasing a quality-conscious and detail-oriented approach.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and vendors.
- Three to five years of clerical or related experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word, Coupa, Concur, Coast, Dayforce, etc.
- Experience in the Distribution and Packaging industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance administrative tasks, including the use of CMMS software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks/work in a self-directed manner.
- Highly organized with the proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
- At least three years of Administrative or Supervisor experience within an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or military environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attendance/Performance must be in good standing.
- 1st Shift/Full-time, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
