The Facilities Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and maintenance of all physical facilities within The Classical Academies. The responsibilities encompass overseeing facility planning, construction projects, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including school administrators and team members, as well as external vendors, the Facilities Director will implement plans for facility improvements, manage budgets, and adhere to safety regulations. Leadership in this position is essential in optimizing resource allocation, addressing maintenance needs promptly, and contributing to the overall enhancement of the school's infrastructure. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to creating an environment that supports the educational mission of The Classical Academies while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students and team members. The Facilities Director will lead by example, and promote the organization's mission and core strategies.
