As a Facilities Assistant on the Facilities team, your typical responsibilities will include:
- Handling light administrative tasks, scheduling deliveries, or supporting administrative projects.
- Manage janitorial supplies and coffee/snacks inventory, ensure training rooms are stocked, and keep training rooms and fitness center clean and organized.
- Maintain building supplies: Ensure adequate stock of janitorial supplies, coffee, and snacks through regular inventory checks and ordering replacements.
- Back up for Mail Center: Assist Mail Center staff with tasks like sorting and distributing mail during peak times or staff absences.
- Greet and welcome on-site visitors.
- Operate the telephone system, routing calls efficiently.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to relevant personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks like typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
- Provide helpful and adaptable support across diverse tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adapt to diverse tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Uphold the company's values and contribute to a positive team spirit.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and other relevant programs.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and email.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Sense of humor
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
