Supervises Facility Analyst(s) and Facility Purchasing Coordinator(s) to ensure a smooth and continuous work flow throughout the department for various capital projects including major renovations, minor renovations, and Center Upgrades. Assist VP of Development as needed with reporting and status updates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Facilities and Construction projects to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow throughout the department for various capital projects including major renovations, minor renovations, and Center Upgrades.
- Resolve Landlord related issues including follow up and notification to operations.
- Assist the team with repair and maintenance, repairs on centers including getting bids, following up on completion, quality control, and invoicing.
- Sign coordinator for new builds and rebrands, includes getting bids, design approval from marketing, installation, QC, and invoicing.
- Bid coordinator for remodels, jobs or projects over $100K, and eventually new builds.
- Assist with the document storage project in Legisway. (Transfer all lease documents to legal storage software.)
- Test fit coordinator- project manage the test fit process from site selection, design with the architects, to final approval. (Oversee and obtain approvals from Andres.)
- Monitor and maintain the CAPEX Database for accuracy and completeness
- Reviews PARs for closing as needed
- Manage CAPEX budgets, tracking and maintaining spreadsheets for all budget categories
- Ensure that PARs are raised in a timely manner and emergencies are expedited
- Work in tandem with the RFMs and CPMs to place, track and coordinate delivery of all orders. Track installation and project completions.

- Must be proficient in MS Office, including Excel

- Ability to perform work well with minimal supervision and with flexibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree and/or five to seven related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time.
