Job Summary:
As a Facebook Ads Manager and Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and budget management to maximize return on investment. Only Apply if you have run more then $100,000 in Facebook and Instagram ads. Also have run ads on other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Develop creative and compelling ad copy and visuals.
- A/B test ads to determine the most effective strategies.
Audience Targeting:
- Identify and target relevant audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Create and manage custom and lookalike audiences.
Budget and Bid Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns and platforms.
- Monitor and adjust bids to optimize ad spend and ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about campaign performance and strategies.
Stay Updated:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Explore new features and advertising opportunities on the platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media ad campaigns, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of ad metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification with any of the big social media companies.
- Experience with copywriting, graphic tools and reporting.
- Proficiency in ad management tools and CRMs.
