Experiential Event Talent - Tour Manager / Cdl Driver / Other

We are seeking a seasoned and professional Event Talent for a variety of opportunities, including:

• Class A CDL Tour Driver/Managers
• Tour Managers
• Right Seat Drivers
• Product & Promo Specialists

We facilitate a variety of nationwide experiential marketing programs. Our ideal candidates have a thorough understanding of experiential marketing events, a love of travel, and a commitment to being a strong member of a great team. We provide weekly pay, and cover expenses including travel, accommodations (and we never make you double up), and per diem. Automotive experience is a preferred.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate strong command of client products; be capable of articulating and describing the qualities and characteristics of the brand in professional and show-quality manner
• Participate in / assist with the set-up of all elements of the display / footprint per the guidelines and direction provided by the account team and in accordance with instructions and procedures
• Ensure that all assets and elements of the display have been installed and assembled to the specifications outlined.
• Communicate product features to consumers in engaging and interactive manner
• Execute all elements of event activities & perform assigned duties to accomplish the open and close of event footprints
• Maintain proactive communication and interaction with event manager
• Complete pre-event testing and training
• Partner with all members of the team to facilitate and cover breaks for all roles and individuals.
• Perform all duties safely and effectively; follow applicable organizational, local, state, federal, and DOT rules / guidelines / policies.
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills; Outgoing and articulate, with a demonstrated ability to engage consumers of diverse background
• Experience with events / promotions / ride and drive programs
• Clean driving record which meets minimum guidelines per our driving policies
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of an integrated team.
• Strong mechanical / technical / assembly skills, including the ability to assemble, install, stage, and secure a variety of properties and resources (tents, tables, banners, flooring, etc.); Ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, bend, and carry.
• Understanding of mobile marketing/events; Understanding/command of the requirements & implications of brand identity, brand management, and professional behaviors and expectations involved in event-based mobile marketing.
• Ability to work / stand for 8 to 12 hours; Ability to work extended hours while exposed to elements (wind, sun, rain, etc.)
