Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in property or estate management.
- Boating Experience: Proficiency in operating and maintenance of different types of boats.

Detail-Oriented: The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities include:
- Property Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of our prestigious properties in Cape Cod and Nantucket, ensuring they meet the highest standards of maintenance and presentation.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and contractors, and coordinating their services.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate in the planning and execution of property improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Landscape Supervision: Oversee landscaping activities to maintain outdoor spaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to optimize operations.
Client Preparation: Prepare our properties to perfection for client arrivals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $135,000 per year
- Start date: ASAP
- Full Time 40-50 hours per week
