Your experience as a Project Executive of a Major Luxury Residential Construction Team is needed for a Ground- Up Property Developer in Fort Lauderdale, FL!

We are searching for an experienced Project Executive of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction to supervise a team of Project Managers in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction condominiums to be the leader of the Florida Construction Department.

The Qualifications of the Project Executive of Construction for Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction Management are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred
• Minimum of 15 years Project Management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction and Site Management experience is a must
• Ability to communicate with Architects, Contractors, client's representatives, and Head the Project Management team.

The Responsibilities of the Project Executive of Construction for Luxury Residential Hi-Rise Construction Project Management are as follows:

• This candidate will be the 2nd in command of the construction department of a luxury RE Developer with proven expertise and outstanding market performance and recognition
• Will be the leader of the Florida construction Department
• Manage multiple construction teams ensuring foreman and site supervisors are completing work safely, efficiently, and in line with exacting company quality standards.
• Monitor project implementation through completion of Construction to include building audits, conflict resolution, project budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee tenant projects, space planning and design ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving field issues.
• Schedule construction site meetings for preparation of Construction related contracts/forms, bidding and closeout of assigned projects.
• Continually inspect construction work to assure that job schedules are maintained and that work is being performed to code and design.
