Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older (21 for driving post)
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• 1 year or more security experience and/or related experience in similar field recommended
• Must have professional demeanor
• Must be able to abide by Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness!!!
• Must be comfortable with report writing
• Must have a valid Drivers License (Majority of sites are driving posts)
• Must have private transportation (Most current sites do not have public transportation on Sundays or holidays and extremely limited on Saturdays)
