RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) regarding ZeusLending's Processing policies, procedures, and technology.
- Provide friendly, accurate, professional service to customers and employees through timely response to messages and correspondence.
- Manage loan pipeline
- Conduct daily Loan Committee meetings with Loan Officers, Servicing and management to go over status, outstanding items, and review exceptions.
- Attend Weekly Leadership meetings with company leaders and report processing metrics.
- Manage key dates such as: lock expiration, contingency date, contract date, credit doc expiration, and other compliance related dates.
- Perform data entry to update all internal computer systems and loan files according to company requirements.
- Review HUD for accuracy and provide to closing agent.
- Reviews title reports, payoffs, appraisals, income documents, insurance, and all supporting conditions for required standard compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred
- 3-5 years processing experience in high volume mortgage setting
- Experience Ellie Mae Encompass LOS
- Knowledge of Mortgage Loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines.
- Ability to review and analyze Tax Returns/Income Documentation (i.e. self employed, rental calculations per industry requirements)
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship orientation.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time manage.
- Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Fair Housing Regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
