Loan Processor

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are included
- Verify borrower information and financial documents
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to gather additional information or resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and TILA guidelines
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions

Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
- Knowledge of bank loan processing procedures and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with loan origination software and systems
- Understanding of FNMA guidelines and requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
