Experienced Customer Service And Scheduling Associate

Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits LLC is seeking a full-time associate who is experienced with Appointment Setter and Customer Service Associate to join our team at our luxury portrait studio in Tallahassee, FL. We are a well-established, 10-year-old company specializing in luxurious fine art portrait photography. With four studios (three in Florida and one in Connecticut), we pride ourselves on capturing timeless moments and creating stunning visual masterpieces for our discerning clients.

Core Responsibilities

*Call warm leads, past clients, and others who have expressed interest in a session at one of our studios. Approximately 100+ outbound calls per day. *NO cold calling *Develop rapport and connect emotionally to leads and clients *Schedule/book appointments using company scheduling software *Develop and maintain conversations with new people. *Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury experiences *Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

*Must be able to pass a background check. *Minimum High School diploma and GED. *Must have good attitudes and be coachable by management and peers *Must have a minimum of 1 years experience with appointment setting and making calls. *High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence. *High attention to detail and approaches to work in an organized manner are required. *Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Pay: $18 - $21/hour (depending on experience) + bonus potential
