Job Duties Include:
- Greet and check in patients
- Register patients and confirm patient demographics
- Schedule patients utilizing medical practice software
- Verify insurance
- Answer phones
- Post payments to patient accounts
- Coordinate all billing information with our billing office
- Respond to medical records requests
