Florida's top-rated NEMT provider is looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our rapidly growing team as the first point of contact for non-emergency calls and trip management. The Customer Service Representative will direct the day-to-day route operations, receive requests, transmit messages, track, and route vehicles. The candidate must also be a strong communicator to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance. The Customer Service Representative must be able to remain calm and composed, while working with clients and other staff members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take client calls to collect information and insert data into routing software
- Assign and update routes as new trips are entered throughout the day in an efficient manner
- Monitor routing software for timeliness, communicate with team drivers with updates, work with management and clients to prevent or resolve unforeseen issues
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.
- Web based data entry, stong computer skills
- Two (2) years of phone based customer service experience is preferred.
- Bi-lingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great communication skills and phone etiquette
- Must be customer service oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
