Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties & Qualities
- Interacts with I-Log terminals via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Accurately issue shipping documentation such as certificates of origin, customs invoices, packing lists, and certificates of insurance
- Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
- Ability to make scheduling calls to customers.
- Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers.
- Route calls as necessary to appropriate resource
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document all call information to ensure proper call history is recorded.
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
