Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duties & Qualities

• Interacts with I-Log terminals via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
• Accurately issue shipping documentation such as certificates of origin, customs invoices, packing lists, and certificates of insurance
• Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
• Ability to make scheduling calls to customers.
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers.
• Route calls as necessary to appropriate resource
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all call information to ensure proper call history is recorded.
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
