MMC Group is hiring for an Experienced Customer Service Representative for a Call Center that handles the debit card services for the Social Security Administration. This is a supervisory helpdesk that will handle escalated calls from the level 1 dept.'s (Child Support, Unemployment, SNAP, WIC, TANF and Social Security) Three shifts to choose from - apply today - they will move fast!
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer requests, provide appropriate resolutions
- Support customers with their debit accounts
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of world class Customer Service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.

Skills
- Excellent Customer Service experience

Training
- 4 Week Paid Onsite Training - starts 3/11/24 - 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
After Training
- Schedules are 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift. Must be able to work an 8-hr shift.
- Schedules are Full Time 40hrs/week. Overtime is also available.
- Differential Pay Plan applies based on schedule chosen
- Earn Up to $19.50/hr with differential pay
