What you are required to do:

• Safety, Quality, Productivity - In that order - every day, every time
• Follow company, industry, and other safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with the management and advisor staff of the condition of each vehicle you are assigned before any work is completed
• Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by the dealership and manufacture quality standards
• Communicate effectively on the work order what you found and what you did to repair or service it
• Use the software available to you
• Produce a sufficient amount of completed work in a sufficient amount of time
• Communicate directly with service advisors and supervision regarding the status of the service work through each stage of the process
• Continuously learn new technical information, techniques, and applications
