What you are required to do:
- Safety, Quality, Productivity - In that order - every day, every time
- Follow company, industry, and other safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with the management and advisor staff of the condition of each vehicle you are assigned before any work is completed
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correct, to pass quality inspections set forth by the dealership and manufacture quality standards
- Communicate effectively on the work order what you found and what you did to repair or service it
- Use the software available to you
- Produce a sufficient amount of completed work in a sufficient amount of time
- Communicate directly with service advisors and supervision regarding the status of the service work through each stage of the process
- Continuously learn new technical information, techniques, and applications
