Aalco Wrecking Company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist with the daily clerical and logistical needs of our office.
-Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls & responding to emails, manage calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to data entry, file management, daily preparation of payroll time sheets and organizing bid packages.
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned, scheduling equipment, ensuring deadlines are met.
Experience
- Strong clerical skills including phone etiquette and email communication along with time and task management
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project coordination with the ability to multitask/problem solve and meet deadlines.
- Experience communicating with municipal permitting departments is a plus.
