Executive/Personal Assistant To The Founder

Who You Are: You are a hyper-organized, detail-oriented, get-it-done person who loves working with and supporting leaders in a startup environment.

The Opportunity: We are looking for an exceptional EA / PA to take administrative work (both business and personal) off our founder's plate so he can focus on leading the company.

What You'll Do:

* Manage the Founder's email and calendar

* Help onboard new clients (all via email)

* Set up emails in Aweber

* Help with event planning and customer support as needed

* Manage the Founder's travel, errands, and purchasing

Must-haves in a Candidate:

* Experience as an EA / PA to a founder

* Attention to detail

* Loves technology

* Exceptional communication skills

* Adaptable team player with a great attitude

* Able to anticipate the needs of the Founder

* Passion for our mission and values

Nice-to-haves in a Candidate:

* Located in the Founder's time zone (CT)

* Able to read our founder's chicken-scratch handwriting

Details:

* This is a part-time salaried job. No agencies.

* Work from home, fully-remote. Must be based in the US, working on CT hours.
