Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Executive Secretary. This position administratively supports the Vice President of Facilities and the Vice President of Quality. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing for Committee meetings, preparing check requests and tracking invoices, and managing conference room scheduling. The position requires interaction with multiple departments to facilitate operations. This position also records and facilitates response to patient concerns; therefore interaction with patients and/or their families at times is expected. Key attributes to success include organizational skills and a proactive approach to meet work plan goals, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Skill in Microsoft office is a requirement.
