Job Description
We are seeking a highly dedicated and extremely motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of CVA Homes LLC. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, assisting with various administrative tasks, Real Estate transaction activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of our business.
Compensation:$43,000 - $57,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
- Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
- Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other Personal Assistant tasks
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a Personal Assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
