An Executive Housekeeper oversees all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives. We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:
? Always maintain a professional appearance
? Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
? Operate within department budgets, maintain adequate stock, and cost controls
? Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
? Set targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies/procedures
? Ensure appropriate staffing levels through strategic hiring
? Constantly develop and train associates
? Anticipate guest needs to have superior guest service
