Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper safety protocols and providing training on safe work practices
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in industrial cleaning
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
