PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $67725 - $67725 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed.
- Monitor and controls expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place.
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle.
- All other duties as needed.
- High school diploma of GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum three years of experience managing a team.
- Minimum two years experience in hotel operations required.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents.
- Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents.
- Must be able to work well with a small team or leaders and associates.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work varied hours between 7a and 7pm, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
