Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Kalaloch Lodge in Forks, Washington. In this role, you will lead a housekeeping team in ensuring that the Kalaloch Lodge is clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $67725 - $67725 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed.
• Monitor and controls expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place.
• Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.
• All other duties as needed.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma of GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum three years of experience managing a team.
• Minimum two years experience in hotel operations required.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents.
• Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents.
• Must be able to work well with a small team or leaders and associates.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work varied hours between 7a and 7pm, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements 

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
