Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at the Staybridge Suites hotel located in Sacramento, CA. This position will oversee the entire housekeeping department, and be responsible for the cleaning of the entire hotel to company, brand and guest standards.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house.
• Supervise and direct all Housekeeping associates to include room attendants, houseperson, laundry attendant and supervisor.
• Assign associates their duties and inspect work for brand standard compliance.
• Maintain rooms control procedures including monthly inventories, proper cleaning times, safety, etc and report discrepancies to General Manager.
• Maintain all supplies and equipment for housekeeping department.
• Document and communicate maintenance requests to maintenance department.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction as it pertains to the Housekeeping department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least two years experience in the housekeeping industry
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Hotel experience isrequired
• Weekends / Holidays are required

The Salary Range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 / hourly. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for his role at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
