The Executive Director/LPN provides leadership to the specific location. Providing oversight to the care and quality of services provided to our residents. The ED/LPN is responsible for the quality, leadership, and regulation of the policy and procedures of the organization. The ED/LPN is also responsible for organizing and monitoring each department of the facilities in which they are responsible, including medication supervision.
Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
3. Successful Completion of a drug screening
4. Background results within company standards
5. LPN certification
6. Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
7. Must complete a TB skin test within first 30 days and then annually
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
10. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
