Job Overview:
The Executive Director, Clinics is responsible for providing leadership and direction of the medical, behavioral, vision, and dental clinics. The Executive Director, Clinics also provides ongoing support to the supervisory staff activities to ensure that effective, efficient, and quality services are consistently provided. This responsibility includes managing the services in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of the organization's financial and operational goals.
Duties:

• Work with administrative leadership to establish strategy/vision of the departments under the supervision of this role.
• Work with departmental leadership to establish objectives and well defined goals aligned with the strategy and vision of the respective department.
• Works with the managers towards improving the integration of medical, behavioral health, and dental services for our patients. Ensures patients are offered the full array of services.
• Readily and accurately identifies opportunities for improvement relating to the delivery of service throughout the patient visit flow. This incorporates phone scheduling, pre-visit engagement, in office care, and post-visit follow-up. Develops clear objectives.
• Assist the directors/managers in maintaining the education and training programs in the clinic, including orientation, competency assessment, and in-service education for all sections of the clinic(s).
• Develops and maintains community partnerships to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
• Assists in the recruitment and retention of providers and staff.
• Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the Clinic's overall mission.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and clinic policy for patient services, personnel management, and environmental safety.
• Ensures proper utilization of organization's financial resources.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
• Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development through seminars, conferences, and community involvement.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in healthcare, including significant management experience.
• COVID Vaccine required for all new employees.
