Responsibilities:
The Managing Director will oversee business development and sales of Executive Search and related HRCC products and services. They will provide direction and execution of the full scope of the search cycle, provide consultative support and solutions in executive leadership assessment, search, selection and assimilation. This role will also provide introductions and sales leads for all other service lines in HRCC. Consulting Methodologies and Strategies

 Negotiate and communicate mutual client/consultant expectations regarding the search process and outcomes.
 Consistently meet expected timeframes in the Executive Search process, including the development and approval of supporting documents, candidate presentation and closed search time and quality targets.
Develop and execute a Seach strategy in partnership with Research, and provide timely feedback regarding networking and candidate identification progress. Follow up to ensure proper documentation and tracking of candidates takes place, initiation of target mailings and/or postings, and calls are initiated, and is properly involved in candidate screening.
Conduct candidate screening, interviewing and profiling, including interviews, reference checks, and the administration of the executive assessment and background investigations. Prepare appropriate interview notes and documentation.  Present a slate of candidates, representing exceptional talent and fit with the client and position needs.
 Facilitate candidate interviews with the client, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
Assist in the development of competitive compensation and relocation package and participate in negotiations between client and candidate.
 Facilitate the drafting and signing of appropriate documents such as employment offers andcontracts.
 Manage client and candidate, maintaining appropriate control during the search process, includingongoing communications, search updates and onsite meetings, when necessary.
 Maintain periodic contact with client and candidate placed, addressing issues of transition, long term fit and satisfaction.

Business Development/Revenue Production

 Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals through personal billing, referrals and sales.
 Develop and maintain an active network of executives, leveraging into sales opportunities.
 Identify sales opportunities through individual networking, participation in marketing efforts,
attendance at industry meetings, and relationships with HRCC colleagues.
 Represent the Executive Search and HRCC with external constituencies, professionalassociations, advisory groups, and others through speaking engagements, board memberships orother related ways of contribution.
 Market, sell and execute all products and services within the Executive Search Practice, and seek opportunities to introduce other HRCC products, services and consulting staff members.
 Lead project teams in design and execution of any products and services within the Executive Search practice.

Service Enhancement

 Provide appropriate feedback to the Executive Search team on ideas for improvement of existing services and products, including suggestions for new products and services to add value to the practice.

Client Relations

 Recognize that the client is the focus of the effort and services provided by HRCC and Executive Search and is appropriate in behavior and approach whenever interacting with a client or discussing a client with someone else.
 Provide problem solving and consulting assistance to clients for complex issues that may be outside the scope of a retained search engagement.
 Maintain the highest level of professionalism in demeanor and dress, including appropriate language and approach in telephone, email and written correspondence, as well as a physical dress appearance which is at the highest level of business professional standards.
 Develop and maintain responsive, positive relationships in all assigned client interactions.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
Preferred:
5 Years Retained Search - Full Desk Experience
