1. Works closely with senior management, middle management, clinical management and administrative management for the overall management of the agency;
2. Consistently communicates and reports to the owner(s).
3. Plans and formulates all policies and programs which will enhance and further the corporation and recommend them for approval by the owner.
4. Executes all decisions of the owner(s).
5. Executes contracts and commitments authorized by the owner(s).
6. Evaluates results of compliance audits (i.e., DHS, Joint Commission, etc.) and recommends policies based on those results.
7. Gives assistance on budget matters and legal issues.
8. Establishes organizational structure.
9. Provides knowledge and management of fiscal responsibilities.
10. Operates within an annual budget, which is approved by the owners;
11. Upon approval by the owners, arranges for an annual independent audit.
12. Maintains effective relationships with related organizations in the behavioral health field, and maintain memberships in, and attend seminars at, such organizations.
13. Responsible to the owners for the administration of the corporate office and for proper interpretation and fulfillment of his/her functions, responsibilities, authority and relationships.
14. Being sensitive to Cultural Issues of a patient based on their job position
15. Reporting Suicidality/Homicide of a patient based to their job position.
16. Ability of competency and understanding to Addition based on their job position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,502.00 - $124,789.00 per year
