Executive Chef - Upscale Seafood Concept
Location: Atlanta Area, GA
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our upscale seafood concept.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef experience in a seafood concept with a proven track record in menu creation
- Proficiency in kitchen operations with strong leadership abilities
- Prior administrative experience is essential
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Drive seasonal and feature menu changes while adhering to concept guidelines, including detailed prep lists and staff expectations
- Lead the continuous development of kitchen staff through training and mentorship
- Conduct thorough price and quality analysis to effectively manage inventory procurement and control costs within budgetary constraints
