About the Role:
Wing is looking for a self-motivatedand entrepreneurialExecutive Business Partner (EBP) to join our team based remotely in the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the heart of our business operations and activities and lead a high performing Administrative Business Partner Team. In order to be successful, you will need to thrive while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities are constantly shifting and evolving. This position requires resourcefulness, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to effectively navigate ambiguity and use strong judgment when making decisions. You will anticipate the needs of Wing's CEO and your team, helping them stay productive and effective by providing advice to your team members and proactively solving problems. You'll move quickly with Wing's business and use that business expertise to strategically support the CEO & their team's priorities. In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions - internally and externally.
What You'll Do:
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks for Wing's CEO in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including proactive calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines
- Lead and develop a team of Administrative Business Partners to support the executives at Wing enhance overall operational efficiency
- Serve as a lead for and manager of medium to large scale projects, as assigned by the CEO
- Contribute to the production of company All Hands presentations, Board presentations, and team meetings, including tasks such as gathering and distributing pre-read materials, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Plan, manage and execute company wide events and executive team offsites across multiple regions globally
- Efficient and effective responses in daily operations and tasks, identifying areas to improve or introduce new operational strategies where needed
- Efficiently manage internal communications, ensuring seamless flow of information across teams and departments within the organization (manage certain Wing channels and email distribution lists)
- Coordinate between multiple offices, time zones and remote teams, across the US, UK, AU and other regions
- Support the on-boarding experience and process for new executives reporting to the CEO
What You'll Need:
- 12+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling company, directly supporting C-Suite level executives
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience influencing and partnering with C-suite and Management teams
- Strong ability to handle sensitive information and situations with care and confidence
- Ability to thrive in an environment that is rapidly changing and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance across a highly cross-functional organization
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
- Optimizing & streamlining processes to support the evolution of the business
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies (i.e. Google Suite tools)
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
