Location: Remote - Prefer Texas
Job Type: Part-Time Contract (20-25 hours per week)
Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Part-Time Executive Assistant who can manage projects and events to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking control and ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. In this role, you will manage and support business coaches and their clients, making sure that all follow-ups are completed on time and in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedules and calendars of business coaches, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and calls are booked and organized.
- Proactively follow up with coaches and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and action items.
- Act as a liaison between clients, coaches, and other stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication that keeps everyone on track and informed.
- Project Manage Quarterly OKR/ROCKS/GOALS with Team and 3rd Party Vendors
- Bring Quarterly In-Person Events to Life.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and conferences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff/ Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take control, ensuring that coaches and clients are effectively followed up on and supported.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
