Assistant Project Manager

If you have the education background, some experience but more importantly a desire to learn then this opportunity is for you. In this position you will be on the path to Project Manager.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Working under the direction of a Project Manager(s) you will provide support in project coordination and management in the areas of plumbing, mechanical and fire protection.
Assist in setting up jobs, managing accounts, logistics, contracts, materials and other operations.
Assist in managing change orders and overall project documentation.
Assist in working with customers, contractors, other employees and ensure close out documents and activities are complete
.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
AAS in Project Management, Construction Management, Business and/or Accounting.
Working knowledge of AutoBid Mechanical, AutoBid Sheet Meatl and ESTMEP software.
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
