Executive Assistant

Are you a top-notch executive level administrative, executive, or accounting assistant who wants to build this job from the ground up? Are you a seasoned relationship builder? The ideal candidate for this position will have executive-level general business experience, very strong administrative skills, basic accounting skills and an outgoing, collaborative communication style. You’ll be assisting members by phone, in person and email; you’ll assist the CFO and CEO, handle correspondence, office reception, member requests and questions, and basic accounts receivable and payable duties. You’ll be the first face they see when they visit the office, the first voice they hear when they call. This is a general office position that requires specific skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
