Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, etc.
- Manage communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
- Manage multiple projects derived from meetings and transactions, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, minimizing the likelihood of tasks falling through the cracks.
- Assist with project management and coordination of special events, conferences, and meetings.
- Utilize HR recruiting expertise to attract top talent, conduct initial candidate screenings, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, obtaining necessary documents, designing/implementing employee manuals, and assisting with training curriculum.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other Executive Assistant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years work experience or 5+ years experience working in HR Corporate or Real Estate industry.
- 2+ years working in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting.
- 2+ years in project management or Executive Assistant experience is preferred/desired.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Excellent work ethic.
Compensation:
- $60,000 per year + bonus
