Job description
We are seeking a full-time, seasoned Executive Assistant with an extraordinary eye for detail, a track record of working independently and on multiple projects, a love for creating order from scheduling chaos, and an ability to communicate with clients and philanthropists with poise and grace.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks with the highest level of attention to detail and perfect grammar, showcasing excellent and proven writing skills.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and invoicing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain social media presence, ensuring alignment with our brand image.
- Correspond with clients, including Board members and C-suite executives, with a professional and polished communication style.
- Prepare presentations, conduct proofreading, and edit documents and reports to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and excellence.
- Manage logistics of quarterly events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for participants.
- Conduct data entry and record keeping, utilizing CRM knowledge for efficient organization.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system to ensure easy access to information.
- Demonstrate computer and tech literacy by effectively utilizing various software programs and applications.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage calendars, schedules, and documents.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google and/or Microsoft suite.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Excellent administrative skills to handle clerical duties efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity within nonprofit, consulting, and/or philanthropic space is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
