We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chairman and CEO. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage and prioritize multiple tasks; meet deadlines; and possess a keen attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Chairman and CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and provide assistance with special projects as assigned by the Chairman and CEO.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including company meetings, retreats, and conferences.
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO and his family, including making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, etc.
- Provide high-level administrative support to other company executives, e.g., create monthly expense reports for the Executive Team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Superior judgment and professionalism and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to work under pressure, and to adapt to changing priorities, all while focusing on achieving exceptional results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
