1. Required Education:a. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business, orb. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business working towards a Master’s degree in Accounting or Business, andc. Certified Public Accountant required.2. Minimum Experience: 10 years of combined audit/accounting and tax experience in a public accounting firm.3. Responsibilities:a. Oversee and manage accounting and tax staff assignments and internal processes;b. Track, analyze, and manage staff workload and workflow utilizing in-house software applications and spreadsheets; c. Assist in and participate in firm strategic growth initiatives and long-term planning; andd. And participate in firm meetings and assistance with projects/assignments from firm leadership.4. Compensation & Benefits Package: $100,000 to $200,000 based on education and experience.
