We are owners and managers of many residential and commercial properties.
We are looking for an adminstrator for one of the owners.
Duties include:
-Support and Assist Two company owners.
- Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and teleconferences.
- Coordinte with Management & Accounting staff.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond accordingly
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
- Run Rent rolls and expiration reports. Call delinquent tenants.
Skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in front desk administration is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Real Estate Experience is a plus
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing executive-level support and possess a strong ability to multitask.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
