The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency seeks a qualified, experienced, motivated and public-service oriented Executive Assistant to support the Agency’s Executive Director with a wide variety of administrative tasks.
The Executive Assistant position is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to use their skills to help support the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency’s goals to protect public health and the environment from air pollution and become the most climate-friendly region in the United States.
This position provides the incumbent with experience in a mission-oriented government Agency. The support of our Board of Directors meetings and coordination for the Executive Director during legislative sessions are examples of duties that may be of interest for a candidate interested in exposure to work in government and public administration.
Our Agency supports a work/life balance by maintaining a 38.75-hour work week, and without a regular requirement to work nights or weekends.
