Job Description
This position supports the Executive Management team providing a wide range of executive level and administrative office duties to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in meeting operational objectives. It requires a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responsiveness.
- Provide a wide range of complex office administration and support tasks for all members of senior management.
- Create and design visual presentations for client and other documents as needed
- Produce timely and accurate word-processing documents (reports, memos, proposals, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Conduct initial research to gather information for specified projects. Collect, compile and analyze data and information and compose straightforward written descriptions of results.
- May act as a project manager for special projects, both non-recurring and ongoing, which may include planning and coordinating preset nations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, etc. Projects may be completed independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to craft and deliver concise and informative communications, to listen and address concerns, and to transfer and translate information from one level of the organization to another.
- Create and maintain a network of professional contacts within and outside of the organization, to build and maintain relationships, to work as an effective member of a team and to manage conflict while supporting the organization.
- Demonstrate (business acumen) the ability to understand the organization’s operations, functions and external environment, and to apply business tools and analyses that inform management and operations consistent with overall strategic direction of the company.
- Draft written responses or replies to correspondence and respond to regularly occurring requests for information.
- Schedule and coordinate activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities.
- Demonstrate ethical practice needed to maintain high levels of professional integrity, and to promote the core values throughout the organization.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years’ experience supporting C-level Executives. Healthcare experience required.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships with stake holders, including executive management, staff, clients and external partners. Advanced computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Products. Strong Organizational with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional problem solving and decision making capability.
