Position Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant and Special ProjectsLead to provide essential support to our Clinical Director. This comprehensive role includes administrative duties such as hands-on involvement in psychotherapy-related Special Projects focused on neurodiversity, running payroll, and supporting our Client Care Coordinators in managing client intake and assignment to therapists.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, deeply committed to our mission of helping others, extremely comfortable with technology, and capable of efficiently managing a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide all-encompassing administrative support to the Clinical Director, managing schedules, and handling our information with proficiency in Google Workspace and Docs.
- Take on Special Projects from their initial concept to completion.
- Prepare, edit, and refine reports, marketing materials and other documents, highlighting advanced proofreading skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and effective way.
- Serve as a backup to the Client Care Coordinators, assisting with the intake of clients and their assignment to therapists.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, demonstrating a high comfort level with various technology platforms and digital security practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychotherapy, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for additional project management certification.
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in healthcare or psychotherapy settings, with an emphasis on supporting neurodiverse populations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with excellent multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including proficient proofreading abilities.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace and Docs, with a strong ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology platforms.
- Independent worker and team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- A keen interest in or background in psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly related to neurodiversity, is highly valued.
