Our client, a managed healthcare company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a C- Level Executive Assistant. The executive assistant will be reporting to the Director of Board Affairs & Special Assistant to Pres & CEO
The individual in this role must be detail-oriented, results-driven, have exceptional organizational skills, be able to maintain a balance among multiple priorities, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a temp to possible perm posistion and will move to the Manhattan location.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience supporting executives in an administrative capacity.
- A strong track record of trust and confidentiality.
- Experience with planning travel and processing individual expenses.
- Experience ordering supplies and office equipment.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Proven experience in creating PowerPoint presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Proven skills, knowledge base, and judgment necessary for independent decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and be agile; to manage last-minute changes/directions.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar.
- Communicates directly and effectively with all levels of executives and employees.
- Working closely with assigned leaders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Assist in conference room setup/breakdown and food setup for large meetings.
- Assist executives with travel arrangements, FedEx, mailings, and meeting schedules as needed.
- Provide support when needed to the different departments regarding event planning.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Processing expenses and expense reports.
This job will be 4 days onsite in their Brooklyn office and 1 day remote.
