cloud-basedI am looking for abilingual in-person assistant in Puerto Rico.
- Part-Time, 10-20 hours a week
- $15-20/HR
- Must have a car (fuel+mileage reimbursement will be paid)
The work would be done between two locations (Humacao and San Juan) + remote on some days. You must be willing to travel when needed and have a car. A person who lives in Caguas would be in the perfect location.
Requirements and skills:
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
- MUST BE VERY GOOD RESEARCH
- PROBLEM SOLVER
- DETAILED ORIENTED
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role (preferred)
- Understand how to start, delegate and track projects to make sure they are completed
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications (e.g. google calendars, project management tools)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent MS Office (Word and Excel) knowledge
- Associate degree or above
- PA diploma or certification (preferred)
- Understand and implement the world "Value" into decision making
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day tasks of 1-3 people.
- Manage Google calendars, emails and set up meetings (5-8 different inboxes)
- Act as the point of contact for my external communication and scheduling
- Researching and narrowing down options with short list of advantages/disadvantages to assist in making an informed decision.
- Translate Spanish-English when necessary
- Research and make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes/notes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Pay bills, keep track of payments, and deal with companies when there are technical or billing issues
- Organize and maintain a virtual document filing system
- Finding vendors to complete specialized tasks
- Follow-up with vendors, and professionals to make sure started tasks are fully completed.
Potential Responsibilities that would require travel to SJ or Humacao:
- Pickup and drop-off of local goods, groceries etc (Reimbursed for gas/mileage)
- Managing schedules for housekeeper, handyman and other local workers
- Checking in on properties when we are traveling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
